JENNA PERKINS

Founder and original choreographer of MegaMixFit®, Jenna has danced since the age of 5 and been a dance and fitness instructor for over 20 years.

  • Trained in RAD Ballet / ISTD Tap, Modern and Jazz from age 5
  • ISTD Qualified teacher in Modern and Tap DDE (Diploma in Dance Education), spent 16 years teaching girls, boys and adults of all ages to pass exams and compete in competitions including the All England Finals.
  • Fitness Instructor since 2015 and two time Muddy Stiletto Fitness Instructor of the Year for Hampshire (2018 & 2019)

I have been teaching various dance fitness classes since 2015 and have always strived to provide an enjoyable experience for all of my participants, whilst helping them achieve their fitness goals.

I choreographed my first MegaMixFit® class during lockdown as I wanted to create something new for my regulars, something fun to get everybody excited and joining in again. The first ABBA inspired MegaMixFit® class had 45 participants, the feedback was amazing and I’ve never looked back!

Through MegaMixFit® I aim to pass on my experience in dance and fitness to all instructors and participants, to provide a social and enjoyable exercise class for all fitness abilities to enjoy and look forward too.
